General Music is offered to all students at Marie Murphy School as part of the Allied Arts courses, which also include Creative Writing, Theater, and Visual Art. The goal of the Allied Arts team is to provide artistic experiences that develop the unique creative potential of each child in our classes at Marie Murphy.
While the areas of study vary for each grade level, students in General Music will study some form of composition/arranging and guitar every year.
Students also have the option of participating in Choir, Orchestra, and Band at Marie Murphy.
